What is the difference between cajeta, caramel, and dulce de leche?
The difference between cajeta and other caramel sauces such as caramel and dulce de leche is that cajeta is made out of goat’s milk whereas most others are usually made out of cow’s milk.

How to store the product? Do I have to refrigerate the product?
You can store Josefa in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight or in your fridge. More importantly, we recommend properly closing the lid when you are not using the product.

When does my product expire?
Your product will keep for about nine months or so as long as you store it properly. 

Can I recycle the jars?
Of course! Remove the labels and wash them thoroughly. You can then use our jars to store your homemade jam, fresh herbs, trinkets, and so much more.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will my order ship?
We do our best to process your order 1 or 2 working days after receiving the order. From there the delivery time depends on where you are in the country. Please note that we don’t process orders on Saturday or Sunday. 

Where do you deliver?
At the moment, we deliver to the contiguous United States.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your return and exchange policy?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our cajeta but if your order arrived damaged or something else went wrong please email us at hola@enjoyjosefa.com so that we can assist you.
